What are your terms, buy/rent?
- Our terms are very flexible, we give our clients the option to rent or buy.
- The rental program option is our most popular option since it allows no upfront cost.
Is there an actual agreement?
- Yes, there is in most cases which are 100% backed by our service guarantee.
What happens If I move to another location?
- As stated in our service agreement, we will relocate your filtration unit to the new desired location at no additional cost.
How long does it take to install a Pure Lux H2O water filtration unit?
- On average about an hour, on a more complex job perhaps 2 hours.
What type of water filtration does your company offer for drinking water?
- The first package is our Reverse Osmosis package which has multiple stages of filtration and removes the bacteria and chemicals from your water.
- The second package is our Alkaline system. This filtration system has the same stages of filtration as our reverse osmosis system but
we add an alkaline filter to it. This adds 76 minerals back to the water and raises the PH level of the water to 9.5-10 PH.This is great for people who have acid reflux or heartburn, it helps balance out the acidity levels in your body.
What if I don’t have much space for a water cooler or countertop? Do you have other options?
- Yes, we have under the sink filtration systems. This set up takes up very little space as the filtration goes under your sink and we add a faucet/spigot next to your existing faucet sink in your kitchen. We also match the finish of your existing faucet so it blends in nicely.
What’s the size/dimensions of your water cooler?
- Our water coolers are about 10.5 inches wide and 4 feet tall.
What colors do your water coolers/countertops come in?
- Black, White, Red and (Carbon Fiber /additional charge).
Am I a candidate for your drinking water systems?
- Everyone is a candidate for our water systems as long as you have a water line (sink) in your office or home.
